Michelle Boult is a yoga teacher and sports therapist. She teaches a mix of Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Sports, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra relaxation, breath-work and meditation. Michelle specialises in building strength and stability, improving posture and alignment and increasing the range of motion at joints to bring the body to optimum health, maximum efficiency, strength and muscular balance.

No previous experience of yoga is required. Mats and blocks are provided. Flexibility is not a prerequisite. £5.00 per 75 minute class. All are welcome.
